Final Paper Submission guidelines
Papers submitted to IWOW 2013 must not have been published, submitted, or accepted for publication elsewhere. IEEE policy regarding plagiarism and duplicate submission/publication will be strictly enforced.
Papers may be submitted electronically before submission deadline via EDAS.
Paper submissions should follow the IEEE double-column format for conferences. A maximum of (5) pages, A4 size, including all figures and references are allowed for each paper. Papers in excess of page limits shall not be considered for review or publication. All submissions should be written in English.
Format of Camera Ready Paper
The camera-ready papers should be submitted as PDF documents.
Note that the size of paper is A4 (not Letter).
If you use the latex template be sure that the \documentsize instruction in your file based on contel13_template.tex contains the keyword a4paper:
The authors are kindly requested to proofread and check the layout of the final paper before submitting it. The A4 size paper layout is 210 x 297mm i.e. 8.27”x11.69” (in Acrobat Reader XI the size can be obtained among the file properties by choosing: File -> Properties).
Note that the capitalization of words in the title should be as in the template (all nouns, pronouns, verbs, adjectives, adverbs should be capitalized, not just in the first word).
Submission of a paper implies that, should the paper be accepted, at least one of the authors must register and attend the workshop to present the work. Instructions and guidelines for electronic submission are available.
Only PDF files will be accepted for the review process and all submissions must be done through EDAS. Please contact Dr Hoa Le Minh , the Technical Program Chair, if you have any questions about submitting your manuscripts.
