INITIAL PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Prospective authors are invited to submit original technical papers for publication in the IWOW 2013 Workshop Proceedings and for presentation(s) in the workshop.

Paper Submission details:

During the initial paper submission process via EDAS, the authors are required to make sure the pdf file and EDAS registration page of a paper have the same list of authors and the same paper title, that is, please add all authors in EDAS during the submission process. Failure to comply with this rule might result in your paper being withdrawn from the review process. On the other hand, the author list of an accepted paper can NOT be changed in the final manuscript.

Paper format

All submissions should be written in English with a maximum paper length of five (5) printed pages (10-point font) including figures, without incurring additional page charges. Papers exceeding 5 pages will not be accepted at EDAS, nor reviewed at all.

Templates

This workshop will follow standard IEEE conference templates for Microsoft Word or LaTeX formats, both are found here:
http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html
or download them from the conference website below:

The Copyright template is provided by IEEE, you can obtain them from http://www.ieee.org/publications_standards/publications/rights/copyrightmain.html or download them from the conference website below:

Only PDF files will be accepted for the review process and all submissions must be done through EDAS. Please contact Hoa Le Minh, the Technical Program Chair, if you have any questions about submitting your manuscripts.

Paper publication policy

Submission of a paper implies the authors acknowledge the requirement of registration and attendance by at least one author at the conference. For an accepted paper to be included in the conference program and the IWOW 2013 Conference Proceedings, at least one of the authors is required to register by early/author registration deadline and attend the conference to present the work, and submit the IEEE copyright form on time.

Conference proceedings and IEEE XploreŽ

The IWOW 2013 Conference Proceedings will be published in hardcopy and electronically in IEEE XploreŽ. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., remove it from IEEE XploreŽ) if the paper is not presented at the conference.
