CSNDSP 2010 – Papers Submission + Important Dates

• Full Paper due:     3rd Feb 2010 17th Feb 2010
  Paper submission website has now been closed. Any pre-agreed late submissions can be sent to us by email at fary@ieee.org
  Please do not send us email for the submissions that have not been agreed for late submission.
• Notification of acceptance by:    1st April 2010 8th April 2010
• Camera ready paper due:   5th May 2010
• If you require a visa to travel to UK for attending the conference, and if you think you need to apply for the visa earlier, then you can request the local chair to provide decision on your paper faster by emailing at fary@ieee.org. Please mention your paper title, and paper no in the email.

Paper Format

• Papers must be submitted in the PDF format of page size A4 (21 x 29.7 cm) with margins: Top = Bottom = 2,5 cm and Left = Right = 2 cm, using the Times New Roman fonts of 10pts.
• The maximum number of pages is 6. There will be additional charges of 50 Pounds per page for paper longer than 5 pages.
• Paper format must follow the standard of IEEE Two-Column Format for Conference Proceedings, OR, use the template (recommended) for MSWORD or LATEX.
