CSNDSP 2010 – Travel Grants

 

 

There are up to four CSNDSP and two IEEE UK-RI Communications Chapter sponsored travel grants. Each travel grant award is up to 300 British pounds as well as a travel grant certificate. The travel grant will be handed out during the CSNDSP Conference Dinner on the 22 July 2010.

 

How to apply

  1. The applicant should apply for one travel grant. IEEE UK-RI Communications Chapter sponsored travel grant is for IEEE members only
  2. Application form can be downloaded from the here. Download Application Form.
  3. Completed application form should be submitted together with a supporting letter from the applicant’s Head of Department.

 

Eligibility Criterion for CSNDSP travel grant

-          The applicant's paper is accepted and fully registered

-          The application form and a supporting letter of Head of Department are submitted before the deadline

-          Priority will be given to the  applicants  from the developing countries

-          The awardees must present the paper in conference


Eligibility Criterion for the IEEE UK-RI Communications Chapter sponsored travel grant

-          The applicant's paper is accepted and fully registered

-          The application form and a supporting letter of Head of Department submitted before the deadline

-          The applicant is an IEEE member

-          The awardees must present the paper in conference

 

Informal queries and applications should be forwarded to the conference travel grant chair hoa.le-minh@northumbria.ac.uk. The deadline for all applications is 7th May 2010. Decisions will be announced shortly thereafter and the travel grants will be handed out during the conference dinner.
