Camera Ready Paper Submission


For any enquiry regarding to visa letter, please contact Dr. Wai Pang Ng (wai-pang.ng@northumbria.ac.uk)

Please update your paper appropriately according to the reviewers' comments for the camera-ready version by the 5th May 2010. When the paper is revised and ready for submission, then please follow these instructions:
  1. Verify that your paper has the right format for IEEExplore publication.
    - Please go to the IEEE PDF eXpress site at www.pdf-express.org to check the formatting.
    - Click on the link "New Users - Click Here" and fill in your information. You will need the Conference ID which is: csndsp10x
    - Please note that failure to comply to IEEExplore format will result in the paper not being published in IEEExplore.
  2. Prepare a cover letter and highlight how the reviewers' comments are addressed. This cover letter should be appended to the copyright form in a single pdf file. The filename of this file should be "csndsp2010_paper_<paper ID>_coverletter_copyright.pdf" where the <paper ID> is the one assigned by EasyChair.
  3. Complete the CSNDSP2010 copyright form which you can download from here .
    - The completed form must be signed and then submitted as a pdf file together with the camera-ready paper.
    - Please note that if the copyright form is not submitted, then the paper will not be published in the proceeding and IEEExplore.
  4. Submit the camera-ready (as the "File") and, cover letter and copyright form (as "Attachment") separately via Easychair using "Submit a new version" option on your paper page. The Easychair will be opened on the 12th April for resubmission and will close by the 5th May 2010.
  5. After you have submitted the camera-ready paper, you should register for the conference. Please note that the early bird registration will be opened from the 16th April 2010 to 17th May 2010. After the early bird registration ends, there will be an additional charge of £100 per person. The registration information will be available from the www.csndsp.com website under "Registration and Accommodation".
